Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026

In short. Do not use Testo to break the law, harm or deceive people, infringe others' rights, or attack or overload the Service. We may remove content and suspend accounts that do.

Why this policy exists

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service of Testo, run by Testo. It applies to everything you submit to, create with or share from the Service.

Prohibited content

You must not use the Service to create, store or share content that:

  • is unlawful, or promotes or helps with illegal activity;
  • sexualises, exploits or endangers children in any way;
  • is sexual or intimate content of a person without their consent;
  • harasses, bullies, threatens or incites hatred or violence against any person or group;
  • defames someone, or invades their privacy, including sharing their personal data without a lawful basis;
  • infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual-property or personality rights;
  • impersonates a real person or organisation, or is designed to mislead people about who made it;
  • is fraud, a scam, phishing, or spam;
  • spreads false information that threatens public health, safety, elections or public order;
  • contains malware or anything designed to damage or gain unauthorised access to systems.

Prohibited behaviour

  • Attacking, probing, scanning or overloading the Service, or bypassing its security, limits or access controls.
  • Scraping or harvesting data, or accessing the Service by bots or scripts we have not approved.
  • Creating accounts in bulk, sharing accounts, or using several accounts to get around limits, free offers or suspensions.
  • Reselling the Service or making it available to others as a service of your own without our written agreement.
  • Using stolen payment methods, or disputing payments in bad faith.

How we enforce it

We may use automated checks and may review content and account activity where we reasonably suspect a breach, receive a complaint, or must act on a legal order. Depending on how serious a breach is, we may warn you, remove content, limit features, or suspend or close your account, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities. We act without prior notice where needed to protect people, the Service or the law, and we tell you why where we reasonably can.

Reporting

To report content or behaviour that breaks this policy, use the contact form, or follow the Copyright and Takedown Policy. If you think we acted against your account by mistake, see Grievance Redressal.
