Terms of Service

Last updated: October 17, 2026

In short. You must be 18 or older. Keep your account secure, use the Service lawfully and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You keep ownership of what you put into the Service. Paid features are charged at the prices shown before you pay, and refunds follow our Refund Policy. This box is a summary only; the full Terms below apply.

About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Testo ("we", "us", "our") for your use of the Testo website at lightcyan-anteater-926483.hostingersite.com and the services available through it (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, paying for anything or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms are published as an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and do not need a physical or digital signature.

The following also form part of your agreement with us: the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Delivery Policy, Cookie Policy and Copyright and Takedown Policy. If they conflict, the more specific policy applies to its subject, and otherwise these Terms apply.

Definitions

  • Account means your registered profile on the Service.
  • Your Content means the text, files, settings and other material you submit to the Service, and what the Service produces for you from it.
  • Paid Features means any plan, subscription, package, credits or one-time purchase offered through the Service.
  • Providers means the third-party companies we use to run the Service, such as hosting, email and payment providers.

Who can use the Service

  • Age. You must be at least 18 years old. We do not offer accounts to anyone under 18 (the age of a "child" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18 we will close it and delete its data.
  • Capacity. You must be able to enter a binding contract under the law that applies to you and must not be barred from using the Service under any law.
  • Businesses. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and "you" includes that organisation.

Your account

  • Give accurate information, verify your email address, and keep your details up to date.
  • One person, one account. Do not share your login, and do not create accounts in bulk, by automated means, or to get around limits, free offers, suspensions or other restrictions.
  • Keep your password confidential and use a strong, unique one; turning on two-factor sign-in is recommended. You are responsible for everything done through your account unless you tell us promptly that it was accessed without your permission.
  • Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access. We may require you to reset your password or verify your identity.

The Service

  • We provide the Service as described on our website at the time you use it. We may add, change or remove features, and may offer beta or trial features, which are provided as they are and may be withdrawn.
  • Usage limits and fair-use rules may apply to keep the Service fair and stable. Where a limit applies to you, it is shown in the Service or on our website.
  • Where the Service produces results automatically (including with artificial intelligence), results can contain mistakes. Check them before you publish or rely on them. They are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

Prices and payment

  • Prices. Paid Features are charged at the prices shown before you confirm a payment, in the currency shown. Prices may change for future purchases or the next billing period, never for something you have already paid for. Taxes, including GST where it applies, are shown or added at checkout.
  • Payment. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors under their own terms. We do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank details. You confirm you are allowed to use the payment method you choose. A Paid Feature is made available after the processor confirms the payment. If a payment fails or is reversed, access bought with it may be removed.
  • Recurring plans. If a Paid Feature renews automatically, this is shown before you pay, together with the renewal price and period, and you can cancel the renewal at any time before the next renewal date.
  • Free offers. Free trials, free allowances and promotions are offered at our discretion, have no cash value, and may be changed, limited or withdrawn. Misusing them (for example by creating several accounts) can lead to their removal and to suspension.
  • Chargebacks. Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank, so that we can fix a genuine problem quickly. We may suspend an account while a payment is disputed.
  • Refunds. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Your content

  • Ownership. You keep all rights in Your Content. You are responsible for it, and you promise that you have every right, licence and consent needed to submit it, including from any person whose personal data it contains.
  • Licence to us. You give us, and our Providers acting for us, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce and transmit Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service for you, to enforce these Terms, and to comply with the law. We do not sell Your Content.
  • Feedback. If you send us suggestions, you give us the right to use them without payment or credit to you.

Acceptable use

You must use the Service lawfully and responsibly. The Acceptable Use Policy lists what is not allowed. We may remove content, refuse a request, suspend or close an account, report unlawful activity to the authorities, and keep records, as described in that policy and in the law.

As an intermediary, we publish these rules so that you know not to host, upload or share prohibited content, and we remove or disable access to unlawful content, and preserve related records, as the law requires, including within the time limits that apply to lawful orders from courts and government agencies.

Third-party providers

To run the Service we use Providers for hosting, email, payments and security. They are described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for a Provider's acts or for interruptions or changes to their services, although we will try to keep the Service running.

Our intellectual property

The Service, including the website, software, design, text, graphics, logos and trademarks, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service as these Terms allow. You must not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, probe or attack the Service; bypass its security, limits or access controls; access it by bots or scripts we have not approved; resell it or make it available to others as a service of your own; or remove notices.

Privacy and data protection

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we handle, why, who receives it, how long we keep it and your rights, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, and we give no uptime commitment unless we agree one with you in writing. We may suspend or limit it for maintenance, security or legal reasons. If we discontinue the whole Service, we will give notice and handle unused prepaid amounts as set out in the Refund Policy.

Suspension and termination

  • By you. You may stop using the Service at any time, and you can delete your account from your profile. Unused prepaid amounts are dealt with under the Refund Policy.
  • By us. We may suspend or close your account, with notice where reasonably possible, if you break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if we must do so by law, or if your use creates risk for us, other users or our Providers.
  • Sections that by their nature should continue (for example payment obligations, limits of liability and governing law) survive termination.

Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud.

Indemnity

You will compensate us for losses and reasonable costs arising from a claim by a third party that results from Your Content or your breach of these Terms or the law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, if a change is significant, tell you in the Service or by email before it applies. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem informally. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have, the courts with jurisdiction are the competent courts in India.

General

  • If a part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
  • If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not give it up.
  • You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor of our business.
  • These Terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
