Help centre A knowledge base that works

Answers customers can find themselves

Write an answer once. It appears in your public help centre, in the chat's Help tab and in your AI agent's answers, so fewer people need to ask.

Your public help centre

A help site in your colours, on your domain

Write articles with headings, lists, links and pictures, group them into categories, and publish. Visitors search, read and tell you whether it helped.

  • Your own address, such as help.yourcompany.com
  • Categories, search and "was this helpful?" votes
  • A title and description for each article, and a sitemap for search engines
  • A contact link for anyone who still needs a person
Everywhere at once

One answer, three places

Published articles show in the chat's Help tab and become knowledge for the AI agent automatically. Nothing to copy, nothing to keep in sync.

  • The chat's Help tab with search and popular articles
  • Suggested articles on the pages you choose
  • The AI agent quotes your article as its source
  • News posts for announcements in the chat's News tab

Fill the gaps your customers find

See the searches that found nothing, and turn solved tickets into draft articles. Personal details are removed first, and nothing is published until you say so.

  • Missed searches, counted, so the biggest gaps come first
  • Draft an article from a solved ticket
  • Version history: compare and restore earlier versions
  • Internal articles for your team only

Help centre questions

Can the help centre use my own domain?

Yes, for example help.yourcompany.com. Add the DNS records shown in your dashboard, press Check, and it goes live once the domain is confirmed as yours.

Will search engines find my articles?

Yes. Each public article has its own address, title and description, and the help centre has its own sitemap. Internal articles are never shown publicly or listed.

Does the AI agent use my articles?

Yes. Published articles become knowledge for the AI agent automatically, so an answer you write once helps in the chat, the help centre and site search.

Can I write articles only for my team?

Yes. Mark an article as internal and only your team sees it.

What if I change an article by mistake?

Every change keeps a copy. Compare two versions and restore an earlier one in a click.

Is the help centre included in my plan?

Yes, the help centre is part of every plan.
