Integration questions
Do integrations cost extra?
No. Integrations are part of every plan. WhatsApp, e-mail, Messenger and Instagram connections count toward your plan's channels, and other services (Meta, Razorpay, your shop) may charge you under their own pricing.
Is it safe to give the AI access to my shop or payments?
Keys you enter are stored encrypted and never shown to the AI. Every action starts as a draft and goes live only after a real test worked. Anything that changes data asks the customer for a yes first, and you can add rules and team approvals.
What if my system is not listed?
Connect it yourself: an action can call any https address of your system, an MCP server can offer its tools, and the REST API and webhooks let your developers build the rest.
Do I need a developer?
Not for the ready-made ones: you type your shop address or key and press Send test request. The API, webhooks and custom actions are for developers.
