Which is cheaper, per seat or per workspace?
For a small team, paying per seat is usually lower; for a large team, a flat workspace price can be. Multiply ChatDo's per-seat price by your team size and compare it with the Crisp plan that has enough seats.
What are AI credits compared with AI replies?
Crisp includes a money amount of AI credits a month and estimates how many automated conversations that covers. ChatDo includes a fixed number of AI replies a month; greetings, thank-yous, pinned answers and hand-overs are not counted.
Where do your figures for Crisp come from?

Can I move my answers and customers over?
Yes. Import your questions and answers from a CSV file into Knowledge, import customers from a CSV file, and add your website so the AI agent reads it. Then install the chat and connect your channels.
