How is AI priced compared with Intercom?
Intercom lists Fin AI Agent from $0.99 per outcome, on top of seats. ChatDo includes a monthly number of AI replies in each plan and does not charge per answer or per resolution.
Is WhatsApp included?
In ChatDo, yes: you connect your own WhatsApp Business number through Meta, and it counts as one of your plan's channels. Meta may charge your WhatsApp account for some conversations under its own pricing. Intercom lists WhatsApp as pay as you go.
Where do your figures for Intercom come from?

Can I move my answers and customers over?
